Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Arqviax is the brand of Dmytro Pecheriaha, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland (CEIDG, NIP 5214058459), ul. Kłobucka 8D lok. 15, 02-699 Warszawa, Poland ("Arqviax", "we", "us").
Privacy contact: support@arqviax.com. Security issues: security@arqviax.com.
2. Scope
This policy covers every Arqviax app listed on the Atlassian Marketplace, our support channel and the arqviax.app website. General rules are in sections 1–4 and 6–11. What each app reads and stores is described in its own part of section 5.
3. Our role
For data that an app stores on your Atlassian site, your organization (the Atlassian customer that installed the app) is the controller, and Arqviax acts as a processor on its behalf. Atlassian hosts our apps and their storage as our sub-processor.
For emails you send to our support address and for the arqviax.app website, Arqviax is the controller.
4. Principles for all our apps
- We read only the Atlassian data an app needs, with the permissions of the user who opens it.
- We store as little as possible and say exactly what in the app's section below.
- No analytics, tracking, advertising or cookies in our apps.
- No sale or sharing of personal data.
- No personal data in logs.
- If an app ever needs to send data outside Atlassian, its section will say so before that version is released.
5. Apps
5.1 Loadline: Sprint Capacity for Jira
Built on Atlassian Forge and runs entirely on Atlassian's infrastructure ("Runs on Atlassian"). It has no external backend and declares no network access outside Atlassian.
Reads. When a user opens the app, it reads from Jira, with that user's own permissions: boards and their configuration, sprints, and the issues in those sprints (summary, type, status, assignee, parent, subtasks, estimates and the Team field). This data is used only to calculate and display capacity on screen. It is not stored and never leaves Atlassian.
Stores in Forge app storage on your Atlassian site:
| Data | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Per-board settings: estimation mode, default capacity, hours per day, history window, status thresholds, role names | Remember how a team wants capacity calculated |
| Per-person records keyed by Atlassian account ID: role tag, capacity override, hidden flag | Group people by role and apply manual capacity |
| Days off per person per sprint (a number, keyed by account ID) | Reduce capacity for that sprint |
| Last board chosen per user (keyed by account ID) | Open the same board next time |
| Technical records keyed by account ID: when the app last stored data about the account, and a queue of closed accounts waiting to be deleted | Personal data reporting to Atlassian and deleting data of closed accounts |
It does not store names, email addresses, avatars, issue content or reasons for days off. Names and avatars are read from Atlassian at display time.
Where. All stored data stays in Atlassian's cloud as part of your site and follows the data residency of the Jira site, as provided by Forge. Arqviax does not receive a copy.
Who can change it. Changes to app data require the Manage Sprints permission in the board's project. Editors can clear overrides, days off and role tags at any time.
6. Retention and deletion
- Data stored by an app is kept while the app is installed, so settings survive between uses.
- When a person's Atlassian account is closed, our apps learn about it through Atlassian's personal data reporting and delete every record that contains that account ID.
- When an app is uninstalled, its Forge storage is removed by Atlassian according to Forge's data retention rules. We keep no copy.
Atlassian's own handling of data is described in the Atlassian Privacy Policy and the Atlassian Data Processing Addendum.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. For data stored by an app, please contact the administrator of your Atlassian site first, as your organization is the controller; we will assist them. For support emails, contact us directly at support@arqviax.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or with your local authority.
8. Support emails
If you email us, we use your name, email address and the content of your message only to answer you. We keep this correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the request and for up to 3 years afterwards, unless the law requires otherwise. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing support (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
9. This website
arqviax.app is a static website. It sets no cookies and uses no analytics. It is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
10. Security
Our apps call Atlassian products as the signed-in user, so Atlassian's own permissions apply. Please report vulnerabilities to security@arqviax.com.
11. Changes
We update this page when an app is added or its data handling changes, and change the effective date above. Material changes are also noted in the app's release notes on the Atlassian Marketplace.
